I have been sitting on three ideas for childrens book stories for a few months now. I recently attended the summer course for childrens book illustration at AID, Berlin with Klaus Baumgart (Known for Lauras Stern and much more). I came back with new ideas and now its time to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
After experimenting with some storyboarding, character design and different media, its finally taking some shape. I am also using it as an opportunity to write a few lines in German. The stories are set in an insect world and the themes range from loss, responsibility and identity.
